Intro to Meditation Course (8 sessions)

Build a solid foundation and clarity in your meditation practice with this 5-session Intensive. You will learn why we meditate, receive practical instruction for your meditation practice, learn the foundations of Raja Yoga psychology to better understand how the mind works, and gain tools to further train your mind.
Harmonium Course (4 sessions)
Begins September 19 | 7 - 8am, Saturdays
Immerse yourself in the uplifting vibrations of Nada Yoga—the Yoga of Sound. This course offers a practical and inspiring approach to learning the basics of harmonium playing, with a focus on bhajans, kirtan, and mantra chanting.
No previous musical experience is required—just an openness to explore the instrument and experience the joy of devotional music and chanting.
Yoga for Stress Relief Course (8 sessions)

Yoga offers practical tools to increase your stress resilience and peace of mind. Explore the physiology of the stress response and how Yoga practices and wisdom can restore vitality and your positive outlook on life. Discussions on physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual approaches to health and wellbeing.

Headstand Workshop

Build confidence in your Headstand (Sirsasana) practice with a clear, step-by-step approach to the posture known as the King of Asanas. Kirtan Chanting Workshop

Experience the joy and uplifting energy of Kirtan through devotional chanting, music, and inspiring stories. Explore the meaning and tradition behind timeless chants while hearing stories of the deities, saints, and teachings that bring these mantras to life.
